Age of Sigmar: Malign Sorcery – Endless Spells: Geminids of Uhl-Gysh

Age of Sigmar: Malign Sorcery - Endless Spells: Geminids of Uhl-Gysh

Another Endless Spell(s) post today! I thought I’d show off my Electric Gemini Balls. Not sure if they vibrate or not yet, as I haven’t yet used them in any kind of …games. They sure do look …electric, though! I don’t tend to check the names of these things until iut’s time to write the post, and I thought these had a pretty amusing name.

Double Entendres aside, I figure if I can try to get (at least) one of these Endless Spells painted each month, I will have the entire box finished pretty soon – though there are still four more of them, and that includes three of them being pretty large and awkward to paint (and/or assemble) I need to get some more Tamiya Extra Thin from somewhere so I can make a new batch of sprue good so I can finish assembling the stupid skull-puffer-fish thing.

I included the Ungor in this shot as my electric floating blue balls are larger than they look, and I thought you deserved to see how large my balls really are when compared to some Ungor models.

In March, aside from painting CMoN models, I also did a small amount to keep chipping away at the Endless Spells boxed set for Age of Sigmar by completing a seriously simple piece – the Emerald Lifeswarm!

I guess my Emerald Lifeswarm worked out a little more Teal than Emerald – but in my defence, I was only reminded of the proper name for the thing just now when putting this post together, and it was entirely absent from my brain while I was painting the thing.

It didn’t take too long, and it turned out decently enough for my taste. Sure, I could have spent a lot more time on this thing and had it come out better, but it’s another perfect example of “good enough” for the sculpt – One more done, one more closer to done for this box!
