Zombicide 1st Edition: Zombie Walkers, Part 3 – Punks N̶o̶t̶ Dead

Zombicide 1st Edition: Zombie Walkers, Punks

It’s been a very long time since I touched my 1st Edition Zombicide walkers. I actually forgot I had more of them and thought I’d painted them all, but alas – there are still four more sculpts to go through – well, three now – and a few leftover suits & shirts I wanted to do some other things with.

Since these are just basic walkers, I forced myself not go to town with extra details like tattoos on these models – these figures do add a lot to the game, but at the same time that really don’t get looked at all that carefully on the tabletop when you’re spawning them 2 or 6 at a time! No angry, entitled, “I should have won Golden Demon YouTube Video “coming here! These are tabletop gaming fodder. Their job is to look good at a distance of 1-3 feet, and I think they do that well.

I’ve got a few days off work now with a long weekend, and a ton of bullshit to wade through aside from hobby-related things, but I’ll try to get posts up as frequently as possible since I’ve actually finished a fair few models I need to get posted up for Dave Stone’s Apocalypse Me challenge from October -and more!

  1. They look very effective mate, and a table full of these would look very intimidating as a player ! LOL

I always leave at least 10 days before doing my roundup, for this very reason, to allow people time to get all their posts up ! LOL

  2. Not even one A for Anarchy tattoo!? 🙂 These guys look fresh out of a Rancid concert to me and if you don’t know who that band is, its a compliment of me to say so! Now if I said they look straight out of a Green Day concert, then I would be insulting the miniatures haha! 😀

      • You’re too kind for doing that! 🙂 Another tattoo idea that just hit me is to do an Against All Authority logo. It’d be pretty easy to do with your skills, I reckon. If you search the band’s name, you should be able to find an example pretty easily. They were not a big name band outside of the punk scene but people of a certain age (mine, mostly) remember them fondly. I’m starting to feel like I’m assigning you homework so I’ll stop with the suggestions now haha!
