Today we have November’s monthly Round-Up. If the fact that it’s being posted a week out from Christmas seems odd, then you must be new here.
Again, my main focus has been on my 15mm World War Two stuff, though with some repainted and tarted-up terrain pieces added to the usual collection of armoured vehicles. I even finished a couple of bearded & moustachioed 28mm fantasy models for Roger’s Mo’Vember painting challenge. I did work on several other models for the challenge, but we won’t talk about them here as they failed to make it…
Tally Time! 35 models completed in November, so I hit my monthly target. Add those to the 403 I’d painted up until the end of October and I’m at 438 for 2021 and counting.
Looking at what I’ve finished in December so far, it’s pretty safe to say I won’t be cracking the 500 mark for the year, but I think it should be safe that I achieve more than 450…
Great output mate, you had a very good output for November

That is quite an impressive total for a month! 🙂 Interesting to see the contrast in sand shade between the British and German vehicles.

Thanks John! I know they were in many cases a lot closer together in terms of tone and shade in reality, but since these two forces will be teeing off against one another on my own table I wanted them to be distinct for anyone who is less of a regular gamer, or even just not that familiar with WWII tanks and who ran what where and when – so the British have a bone white base and the Germans a darker sand – so they can be told apart at a glance. 🙂

Great result, congratulations! We really like the combination in the photos of the dwarf miner and the dark wizard towering among tiny tanks and buildings …

Pre-painted scenery or no, its really impressive to see all those tanks and buildings lined up. It looks like you’ve got nearly enough for a WWII game to my eyes anyway 🙂

Thanks mate! We’ve got enough for sure at this point – just need the heat to drop a bit and we can get out there again!
