And now my final batch of completed Bad Squiddo Shieldmaidens – as with yesterday’s post, some painted just over the line of March – the three on the right in this case – again, they can be seen as they still lack flock on their bases (it’s drying on them as I type this – no worries, they’ll all be entirely done for the group shot post tomorrow. This post also provides my final model for Dave Stone’s Paint What You Got Challenge.
Once again the Bad Squiddo axewomen mostly suffer from fantasy-style axe-posing, but they’ll still be fit for purpose. My favourite of this batch is the blonde warrior with the teal and grey clothing. And yes, that model on the end may well be dropped into a Welsh Saga warband at some stage. 😉
I’ve still got some various heroines from my Bad Squiddo pile of Vikings, as well as a variety of Valkyrie-ish models, though I think after I finish the final model that I’ve got on the painting table from this theme (tomorrow!) it’ll be time to give the Vikings a little rest before coming back to them later on down the line.
Great work again mate, the blonde is my favourite in the bunch as well

Cheers Dave. I think she must be the one that’ll have more fun.
….because, blondes, you see…

Once again, all very nice! 🙂 Just to be different, I think my favourite is the one in blue (second from right)!

Thanks John – once close to finished, that one started reminding me of Elliot Reid from Scrubs!

Thanks Pete. I have some spears to do still, but not for awhile methinks. One more from the range to post (sprayed, drying outside), but time for a rest on these overall.
